Join the circuit on any station and alternate between strength training, cardiovascular exercise, stretching and recovery, all with a coach to guide and motivate you, plus monthly goal check-ins.

We understand how hectic life can be – that’s why we designed a 30 minute circuit specially for women that’s equivalent to a 1.5 hour session at a regular gym, and easier!
