Most exercise equipment is designed for men, who have very different muscle structures. We design for women to make sure your workout targets the right areas. Our hydraulic resistance machines intensify with effort and are easy to use, even for those with less mobility – it’s perfect for all fitness levels!
The Rotary Torso machine will help strengthen your oblique muscles which helps to support your spine, especially while sitting and standing.
The Chest / Back machine will help you strengthen your pectoral muscles, rhomboids and latissimus dorsi, helping you lift and carry boxes, grocery bags, or your kids.
The Dip Shrug machine will strengthen your trapezius, deltoids, and latissimus dorsi to help keep your upper body strong and help with great posture.
The Leg Press machine strengthens your quads and hamstrings, making it easier to kick a ball with your family, bend down to put away groceries, or even walk your dog!
The Pec Dec machine will strengthen your rhomboids (upper back) which helps you to maintain good posture as you age.
The Shoulder Press Lat Pull Down machine is a fantastic machine for strengthening and toning the shoulders by exercising the trapezius, the deltoids, and the latissimus dorsi along your back.
The Glute machine will strengthen your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and iliopsoas. Strengthening these lower body muscles help with posture and preventing leg injuries.
The Ab / Back machine engages your whole core to help strengthen it for mobility, posture, and balance while working your abdominals and erector spinae.
The Bicep / Tricep machine will help strengthen and tone your upper arms by working your biceps and triceps which make up the front and back of the arm.
The Leg Extension / Leg Curl machine will have you strengthening your quadriceps on the front of your thighs and the hamstrings on the back of your thighs.
The Squat machine is great for maintaining strong, toned legs by strengthening the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, iliopsoas, tensor fasciae latae, and adductors.
Stretching is the third component of a complete workout. The Curves Stretch Circuit is designed to stretch all the major muscles you just worked – a total body stretch following a total body workout.
Easily join our circle of 30 second workout stations that alternate between upper body, lower body and core with recovery stations in between. Join the circuit on any station and get your strength training, cardiovascular exercise and stretching all in 30 minutes, with a coach to guide and motivate you.
