Our body composition scanner is used to provide a detailed and accurate analysis of an individual’s body makeup, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, bone density, water content, and visceral fat levels.
Unlike traditional scales or BMI measurements, it offers a comprehensive insight into how much fat, muscle, and other tissues the body contains. This information helps you and your coach develop personalized fitness and nutrition plans, track progress more effectively over time, and make informed decisions to optimize health and performance.
It also motivates you by showing measurable changes beyond just weight loss or gain, such as muscle development and fat reduction. Additionally, it can identify health risks linked to body composition, helping with early intervention and better long-term wellness management.
The MyZone heart rate tracker is an innovative and versatile fitness device designed to monitor heart rate and physical effort during workouts accurately. It uses dual-sensor technology combining ECG and PPG sensors to deliver precise readings comparable to medical-grade equipment.
The device syncs seamlessly with the MyZone app via Bluetooth and ANT+, allowing you to track real-time heart rate zones, calories burned, workout duration, and effort points called MEPs (Myzone Effort Points). The data collected supports our coach’s training plans and fosters community engagement through friendly competition and shared fitness goals.
During a Curves workout, our coaches are always with you to offer guidance and support, but once a month, we’ll schedule time to sit down and discuss your progress.
Your coach will review all the data gathered from our technologies, ask you questions, and compare it with last month’s results. It’s also a time to check in emotionally and make sure you are feeling confident and excited.
Your coach will then work with you to make a plan for the next month, to keep you accountable and enthusiastic about reaching your goals.
Easily join our circle of 30 second workout stations that alternate between upper body, lower body and core with recovery stations in between. Join the circuit on any station and get your strength training, cardiovascular exercise and stretching all in 30 minutes, with a coach to guide and motivate you.
